●宿泊条件: 古民家特有の仕切りがない間取りであり、
また静寂と落ち着いた雰囲気を保つため、
ご宿泊は原則18歳以上の女性限定とさせていただきます。

*If you would like to have dinner at the guest house but will arrive late,
please let us know by 6:00 pm.
Check-out time is 10:00 am.
●Baggage storage service: We can keep your baggage before the check-in time and after check-out
so that you can stroll or do sightseeing in Jinai-machi empty-handed.
We are not responsible for any loss,
so please keep valuables on your person at all times.
*If you arrive before 8:00 am, please let us know in advance.
●Cancellation fee: If you cancel your reservation 2 days before arrival,
30% of the rate will be charged.
If you cancel your reservation 1 day before arrival,
50% of the rate will be charged.

If you cancel your reservation or do not show up on the day of arrival, 100% of the rate will be charged.
●Terms and conditions for accommodation: The accommodation is for women over 18 years old only since
there are no private rooms, which is a characteristic of an old folk house,
and in order to keep the quiet and calm atmosphere.

●Curfew: The curfew is 11:00 pm.
●Hours of availability for the common space: You can use the common space until 12:00 am.
If you are the last person to leave the room,
please turn off the lights.
●Things you can borrow for free: Wi-Fi, hair iron
●Method of payment: Please pay the basic charge of 4,000 yen at check-in time.
We will settle the charges of meals and drinks at check-out time.
●Note: Smoking is not allowed in the building.
There are many old traditional wooden buildings in
Tondabayashi Jinai-machi.
Therefore, we must strictly prohibit smoking.
